Privacy notice

1. Who we are
C2 THIS LIMITED (company number 17406857, registered in England and Wales) is the controller for the information described in this notice. Our registered office is Ground Floor, Seneca House, Links Point, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 2FF.

This notice covers only visits to this website and business enquiries sent through it. It does not cover any future product or service, which would have its own information.
2. What we handle
- your name, if you choose to give it (optional);
- your email address and your message (both required to send an enquiry);
- any later correspondence between us about your enquiry;
- the time of your enquiry and a submission reference;
- necessary website and security logs, and anti-spam signals used to protect this service.
3. Why we handle it
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, in keeping this service secure and preventing abuse, and we handle information where we have a legal obligation to do so. You do not need to tick a consent box to send an enquiry.
We do not subscribe you to marketing, sell or rent your information, use it to train C2 models, generate an AI reply to your message, or create an account, payment or waiting list for you.
4. Please do not send sensitive information
Please do not include passwords, bank or payment details, identity documents, medical or other special-category information, or unnecessary information about other people in an enquiry.
5. Providers we use
- Lovable — website and application hosting and managed enquiry-email functionality;
- Mailgun — email delivery infrastructure that may be used to send our emails;
- Microsoft 365 — company email and correspondence;
- Cloudflare — domain and DNS services and applicable edge or security services.
Roles and responsibilities can vary between providers and between the services they supply. We use each provider only for the purposes described above.
6. International transfers
Some providers or their sub-processors may handle information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we require an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as a UK adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep ordinary enquiry correspondence while it is active and normally for up to six months after the enquiry is closed. Spam, abuse and routine technical evidence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for security or troubleshooting, or in line with a provider's operational schedules. Records relating to a legal matter or a privacy complaint may be kept longer where that is necessary. Deletion is carried out by us as part of our review of correspondence; it is not automated.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights to access your information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask for erasure or restriction in some circumstances, to object to handling based on legitimate interests, and to data portability where it applies. Please contact privacy@c2this.com and we will respond.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to address your concern first.

C2 THIS LIMITED is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. ICO registration does not constitute certification, accreditation or approval of C2This, or of our wider data-protection compliance. We continue to develop our data-protection controls and governance as the C2This service develops. If this notice changes, we will update the version and effective date shown above.
